The Japanese Government provided the yellow styled
cards "SERVICE des PRISONNIERS de GUERRE" for the civilian internees. These
cards appeared in late 1943 or early 1944.

Liberated on February 23, 1945 by elements of
the American 11th Airborne
and Filipino Guerrillas.

The signing of cards was contrary to Japanese
regulations.
Should have been erased then printed or typed.
