| On March 10, 1943, the authorization for the re-use of the Registry Return Receipts was given. This was the last of the postal services to be re-introduced since the occupation. The rate for this service was 5 centavos which was applied to the card at the time the registered article was placed into the civil postal system. |
Used in MANILA by the Court of First Instance on DECEMBER 1, 1943. Returned on December 6.  |
