1943 JUNE 17: VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR to MANILA
Single rated letter 5 centavos (5 centavos per 20 grams).

Vigan post office re-opened on June 26 ,1942. 
 The Vigan censor had the responsibility of censoring the mails
for the Provinces of llocos Sur, Abra and llocos Norte.


1943 FEBRUARY 25: ILOILO to MANILA
Official "KP" Iloilo in black ink. Single letter rate 5 centavos.

Iloilo post office re-opened onNovember 15,1942. 
The lloilo censor was responsible for censoring the mails
for the Provinces of lloilo, Antique and Cadiz.


1943 APRIL 12: CABANATUAN, NUEVA ECIJA to MANILA

Cabanatuan post office re-opened on May 30,1942.
Cabanatuan censor was assigned the responsibility of censoring mail 
for the Provinces of Nueva Ecija and Nueva Vizcaya.
