![]() In mid-1924, the Rambler Shoe Company, a mail order company in Manila, began handstamping stamps purchased from the Bureau of Posts with the initials "R.S." in a rectangular box in black, blue or purple. The Bureau of Posts tolerated the usage of these stamps which was used by the company for about a year. |
