On June 20, 1925, the Bureau of Posts delivered to the Rambler Shoe Company and its subsidiary The Howard Lux Company stamps overprinted in black with "MANILA / P.I.". These stamps were used by the the two companies until replaced by mid 1929 with stamps overprinted with "RAMBLER / MANILA". |
