PLATE I - BLACK

Mentioned by Juan Mencarini in his 1896 catalogue published in Manila.

Its use never authorized because the very small "0" in "10" (Cuartos).

Without authorization several copies were put on sale.

The illustrated block of six came from a larger block that was cut up.

Only a few pairs exist. Only one known copy is used.
