With the official seal of the "COMANDANCIA MILITAR"
or Headquarters of the Military Command.

Mailed prior to March 31, 1899, 
the date Malolos was captured by U.S. Forces and the transfer
of the seat of the Revolutionary Government to San Isidro.



DAGUPAN to SAN CARLOS (PANGASINAN)
"S.N." or Servicio Nacional official mail with total 24c CORREOS franking
tied with Spanish period "CORREOS FILIPINAS / DAGUPAN" postmarks.

Although endorsed as official mail, the cover presumed to be
not from  a department head as they were the only ones that
enjoyed  the free franking privilege.

Endorsed "S.R." for Servicio Republica, addressed to Pedro Paterno.
Routed via Santa Cruz, where handstamped with postal-seal cancel
"COMUNICACIONES * STA CRUZ LAGUNA".
