U.S. Post Office Department Registry Return Receipt Form 1548, for use in the provinces. Similar to the MANILA TYPE I form but without the bold "MANILA / P.I." overprint.

Received by addressee on December 24 and returned to the Philippines, received MANILA, January 27, 1901.
