1903 MAY 5: ILOILO  to VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON
Received  June 8, 1903. Returned via San Francisco on June 10.
"MANILA, P.I." deleted  and replaced with handstamped "ILOILO.

Used in Iloilo on emergency basis pending the issuance
of Registry Return Receipts for provincial use.
