Consistently struck with the letter "B" in a higher position and with a  thicker bottom part. One example on cover with broken “O” as in the enlarged illustration. Without period After "O" and "B". “B” with serif.
Size: Ranging from 10.8 - 11.5 x 5.0 mm

Local Type used by the Philippine Constabulary only in Cebu Province from June 2 to late August  1906, official mail originating from the office of Harvey P. Mcnee, Senior Inspector. To date, only 4 covers recorded.
