Imposed effective March 4, 1942, on the reopening of postal service in Manila.
Remained enforced on all mail matters throughout the Philippines until June 30, 1943.

Censoring Method
Rubber stamp, horizontal rectangular format used in Manila and key provincial cities.
With Japanese and English inscriptions.
