NOTES ON AAMC 4A, 4B, 7a and 7b:
I do not think these covers deserve a catalog number but should be considered as FOOTNOTE COVERS. For 4A and 4B the covers were coursed by surface mail to Cebu and then flown to Manila. So they should only be treated as CEBU to MANILA flown covers and nothing more. For 7a and 7b, the cover was flown from MANILA to APARRI then by surface to ABULUG and to LAOAG. Both were not flown to their destinations. Thus should only be treated as a MANILA - APARRI flown covers. They are very imporant covers worthy of documentation only.

If we are to accept the previous and even current contention that these covers were still flown in part to reach their destination, then I should assign a catalog number to the 1925 LUCENA - CEBU under the 1925 First Inter-Island Aerial Mail Service. The cover was only flown from MANILA to CEBU and not from LUCENA to CEBU via MANILA. The listing that I have prepared are for covers flown from POINT A to POINT B only and covers that were in part moved by surface mail from their point of origin or to their final destination are deemed as FOOTNOTE COVERS.

NOTES ON 1925 FIRST INTER-ISLAND AIR SERVICE:
PI-8c: Listed as 24 flow but so far I have only accounted for 17 covers.
PI-8n: Listed as 8 flown but so far have only accounted for 6 covers.
