With 1c  x 3 Franklin 1903 issue,  the first 1c stamp with black Type IV-3 inverted handstamp.

The succeeding two stamps with Types IV-1 and IV-2 markings respectively. Mixed with red O.B.
on 3c Jackson issue.   Backstamped MANILA on the same day.  Postage for 3 ounces weight.
