Predominantly used in the Bulacan towns of Baliwag and Malolos and in the provinces of  Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Pangasinan and  Tarlac.

Size: 6.0 x 2.9 - 3.0 mm

With 1c Franklin issue of 1903, handstamped with violet "OB". Backstamped MANILA on the same day.
