weight, with 1c Franklin x 5 with red “OFFICIAL / BUSINESS” vertical
reading down handstamp. Treated as 3-1/2 ounces weight, thus subjected
to 2c Postage Dues without penalty. Paid with 1904 2c Washington
with black “O.B.” handstamp. Unique and only
recorded combination. Likewise the largest use of the red handstamp. |
