Except for size, this mark is very similar to the one

in Cebu, Manila, Iloilo and Zamboanga.

Inasmuch as this cover has no postmark and it being addressed
to Tacloban,
it is only logical for this mark to be designated as
a Tacloban marking.
Somewhat similar to a marking employed in Manila from
1940 to 1941
and in Cebu from 1938 to 1941.
The characters of this mark are thinner and 35.0 mm x
9.0 mm in size.
