Gene Labiuk collection: I am inclined to agree with Gene that the dated double circle cds is somewhat similar to the Los Baños, Laguna M.O.B. cds that Garrett illustrated on page 495 but disagree that this card went to Laguna. My instinct tells me it is SAN FERNANDO CIRCULATING because the provisions "RECEIVED from the postmaster at" and "posted at" on the back was left blank. This is normally done when the registry return receipt is local mail.
