This and the
succeeding four pages illustrate Bureau of Posts Registry Return Receipts.
The first two pages illustrate cards to die for. Both are every Japanese
Occupation collector's dream of owning.
On the third
page is a card which I will deem as a VERY SCARCE USAGE. The fourth page
illustrate 2 cards from San Fernando, La Union, bear two different Garrett
unrecorded postmarks. The fifth page is a Manila Court of First Instance
usage which at one time was readily available but has disappeared from
the market the past few years.
As always,
The Philippine Philatelist is proud to document its existence. While on
this subject,
I compliment
this presentation with a couple of very early USPI period Return Receipts.
