This is the
first time that I have seen this boxed-in marking and I think
this has yet
to be recorded the best authority to validate my assumption
is IPPS America.
Text and size very different from the common one found on Paquebot
covers originating
from Cebu, Davao and Zamboanga (Figure 2).
