Fumigated envelope. NOTE the perfect outer circle of the burn part with a hole in it, the burn part does not go thru to the back part. This cover went to the Marine Hospital in the Philippines, most likely this was done there. A strip of 5 stamps Scott #53 was used. GPO Suva dated 27 August,1901, on to Victoria BC 2nd October and on to San Francisco October 5th & Manilla on November 7th.  |
