censorship for real or a favored one? The reason I am asking this question
is that I have gone through several hundreds of covers of the same period
that passed through the Cebu Post Office and by coincidence the five other
covers that I have seen bearing the same censorship were all addressed
to Mr. Reynes.
Of the five,
two had the same brown re-sealing tape folded at the left side while the
other three had ordinary brown gummed paper tape on them. I believe that
re-sealing tape is of local origin as like the above, the other five
cover showed no sign of censorship at origin. |
