Originally printed in black, as Plate I,
with very small “0” in “10” Cuartos.

Its issue was never officially authorized.
However, for unexplained reasons, some copies were put on sale.
Very few mint copies known with a large block known
to exist that was cut up into a block of 6 and a couple of pairs.
Only one used copy known. Another copy exist with pen cancel.
