1855 Spanish official stamp of Medio Onza black and yellow on endorsed "R.S."
(Royal Servicio) cover front. Tied with oval grid colonial cancel
with partial MANILA / 8 DIC small dispatch alongside.  Stamped with two official seals,
one reading "CAPITANIA DEL PUERTO DE MANILA Y CAVITE."

As far as I know, this is the second cover franked with the Medio Onza official stamp.
