cover with big implications. Franked with complete set of the People Power
commemorative issue, addressed to Mr. Angelito Banayo, Postmaster General,
Bureau of Posts. Postmarked MANILA CPO / MAY 30 1986.
A close scrutiny
of the cover will reveal that it is franked with stamps cut from the philatelic
bulletin of the issue with the souvenir sheet on the front and a composite
imperforate 4-value set.
Yes, it passed
through the postal teller and received by the PMG office. Because of this
cover deleting lines were added to stamp images on succeeding philatelic
bulletins.
