Will I pay $25.00 for a Republic PSC. Certainly, for two reasons. First,
You don't see an affixed cutout that often
not
only for the Philippines but for other countries as well. For the the Philippines
- IT IS A RARITY. Second, the psc is privately overprinted for club use
and not by a commercial establishment. This is scarce on the 1948 Rizal
red psc as the private overprints exist more on the 1952 Rizal green psc.
