I believe the NEW DELHI to MANILA FLIGHT  together with the 8 other inbound legs
illustrated in the Republic Flights collection, 1953 section, is already complete.

The NEW DELHI to MANILA flight was added to the original 8 legs,
having been flown and received on April 15. The other eight legs received Manila on April 5.

The MANILA to NEW DELHI flight is part of the original outbound route,
postmarked April 5 as with the other legs.
