Given by the Philippine Postal Corporation to collectors who participated
in a special philatelic exhibition entitled PHILIPPINE PHILATELY AND BEYOND
 held in celebration of  the 104th Anniversary of the Philippine Postal Service.

The special exhibit consisting of 77 frames of Philippine related
materials and 50 frames of foreign collections was held at the 
from 4 - 8 November 2002, at the Main Lobby, Manila Central Post Office,
Liwasang Bonifacio, 1000 Manila, Philippines.

ONLY 44 COPIES OUT OF 100 PRINTED IN COLLECTORS HANDS
(22 Exhibitors, each getting 2 copies)

A few copies given to special friends at the opening ceremonies with 
Fidel V. Ramos, former President of the Philippines, as guest of honor.
