This is a real beauty and me think that i am right in declaring
THIS IS A RARE POW POSTAL HISTORY PIECE.

Fantastic condition, sharp dispatch postmark, clearly addressed
"AMER P.O.W. INTERRED IN P.I." 
The pencil manuscript note "Case Kool Cig Hold" adds a personal touch touch to it.
(holding back this item is probably the worst torture the POW ever received
and I wonder what happened to the Kools).
