Envelope to Manila bearing 2c. red pair cancelled by
"Correos / Filipinas/ Admon Central" date stamp,
addressed to Sr. Don Antonio Benitez Armario as representative
of the Spanish forces, slightly toned, fine. Scott Y3.

Was able to inspect this lot (Zurich Asia Auction).
Personally I do not think the stamps belong to the cover.
Oval seal strike is weak on clean stamps as if they
were washed and no trace on the cancel on the cover.
